Working Together
Everything you need to know before we begin — the deliverables, the process, the timeline, and what to expect at every step.
What We Create
Every project is different. We offer three core deliverable types — each suited to a different moment in the design and sales process.
The image that sells the project.
A great still render does more than show what a room will look like — it communicates how it will feel. Light raking across a stone countertop. Shadow falling precisely where it should. The weight of a fabric at a certain hour of the afternoon.
We approach each render as a photograph that hasn't been taken yet. Composition, focal length, time of day — every variable is deliberate.
What's included
A film of a space that doesn't exist yet.
Animated walkthroughs are the most powerful tool in a designer's presentation arsenal. A 60- to 90-second film that moves through a space — light shifting, materials breathing — creates an emotional connection that no static image can match.
Used for investor decks, pre-launch marketing, social media, and award submissions.
What's included
Let them walk through it.
Some spaces need to be experienced, not just seen. Our interactive virtual tours allow clients to navigate a room freely — looking up, turning around, moving from the entry to the kitchen to the terrace — all before construction begins.

Our Process
Clear, collaborative, and free of surprises. Here's exactly what working with us looks like.
We start with a brief to understand the project: the design intent, the target audience, the materials, the feeling you're after. The more context you give us, the better the first draft. At this stage we also align on camera angles, time of day, and number of final images.
Our team builds the 3D scene to exact specifications — floor plans, elevations, custom furniture dimensions. If you have a model already, we can work from it. If not, we build from scratch. We model every detail that appears in frame: architecture, millwork, furniture, decorative objects.
Light is where a render becomes a photograph. We define the time of day, season, and atmospheric quality of each scene — morning softness, afternoon contrast, evening warmth — and render a lighting study for your approval before committing to the full render.
This is the moment to adjust composition, swap out materials, or change the mood. Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included — most turn around within 24/48 hours.
Final files delivered as high-resolution TIFFs or JPEGs at print and web resolution, color-graded and ready to present. We also provide raw outputs if you work with a post-production team.
Typical Timeline
This is a representative timeline for a single-room still render. Animations and interactive tours are scoped individually.
